    * TIMING...LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON.
    AFTER A BRIEF LULL...GENERAL SNOW WILL TRANSITION TO LAKE
    EFFECT SNOW AGAIN TONIGHT WITH THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW EXPECTED
    TO BE HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH SATURDAY.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS TODAY...4 TO 8 INCHES IN THE MOST
    PERSISTENT LAKE SNOWS. SNOWFALL RATES AROUND 2 INCHES AN HOUR
    EXPECTED IN THE HEAVIEST SNOW BANDS THIS MORNING.
    * SNOW THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY...STORM TOTALS OF 3 TO 5
    FEET IN THE MOST PERSISTENT SNOW BANDS. SNOWFALL RATES OVER 3
    INCHES AN HOUR ARE EXPECTED.
    * VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES TODAY. NEAR
    ZERO FRIDAY AND SATURDAY IN SNOW BANDS AND BLOWING SNOW.
    * IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL PRODUCE DIFFICULT TRAVEL WITH
    LOW VISIBILITY AND SNOW COVERED ROADS THROUGH THE AFTERNOON
    HOURS. ANOTHER ROUND OF VERY HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS LIKELY
    FRIDAY AND SATURDAY WHICH COULD LEAD TO VERY DIFFICULT TRAVEL
    CONDITIONS...DEEP SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITIES.
