    AREA THIS MORNING WILL SHIFT SOUTH OVER THE TUG HILL AREA BY MID
    DAY THROUGH THE AFTERNOON...AND WILL FINALLY SETTLE SOUTH ACROSS
    OSWEGO COUNTY BY LATE TONIGHT.
    * HAZARDS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO 2 INCHES TODAY AND 2 TO 4 INCHES
    TONIGHT...LEADING TO STORM TOTALS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES IN THE MOST
    PERSISTENT LAKE SNOWS.
    * WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH.
    * VISIBILITIES....A QUARTER MILE OR LESS IN THE HEAVIEST SNOW.
    * IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY ROADS.
