    AT 1250 AM...A BAND OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW CONTINUED TO FALL
    ACROSS CLINTON COUNTY IN FAR NORTHEASTERN NEW YORK. THIS BAND HAS
    BEEN NEARLY STATIONARY OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS WITH LATEST RADAR
    ESTIMATES OF SNOWFALL RATES UP TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH PER
    HOUR IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY FROM NEAR JERICHO
    TO ALTONA AND MOOERS. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES
    WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THESE AND NEARBY LOCALES OF CLINTON COUNTY
    THROUGH 400 AM BEFORE ACTIVITY ABATES. THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND
    GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL CREATE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WHICH WILL
    CREATE LOCALLY DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS THROUGH THE EARLY
    MORNING HOURS.
